This new building was designed with a balanced façade that references a block of buildings, reflecting the early 20th century architectural styles and massing that are prevalent in the adjacent historic district. St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network occupies 38,000 square feet on two upper stories. Storefronts at street level provide 19,000 square feet for up to five separate commercial tenants and are occupied by entrepreneurial retailers and restaurateurs.
