Resource Planning Developer

The applicant will analyze, evaluate and document the company's existing information management infrastructure and design and create new systems as necessary for the organization's corporate resource allocation function, which includes monitoring information systems that control personnel, real estate development, project estimates, budgeting and costs, site procurement, entitlements and approvals, and contracts along with operational activities. He or she will incorporate new and existing information systems and plan and develop new computer systems to carry out applications for architectural design, planning and development, engineering, scheduling, labor data, problem solving, reporting and other services. The applicant will be responsible for gathering system requirements, writing and testing code, testing system functionality, and researching and implementing new features to systems and applications to meet the specific needs of the organization. Based off of these evaluations and collaboration with senior managers, he or she will determine alternative solutions to ensure successful implementation and meet managerial objectives. This may include development of related software and networks.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Systems plus five years progressive experience or a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Systems plus three years experience is a minimum requirement.
